NextWave is the live edge of the XÆL·L world: part creator showcase, part competition, built to bring AI and hybrid artists into the same signal.

Every creator gets highlighted. Judges and a point system bring the stakes, and one winner earns a month-long spotlight, five songs mastered by XÆL·L, and a feature on the first introduction episode of the next NextWave round.

The next episode is moving to a date to be determined so the founding creators have room to finish their collabs. This round is shifting into a collab challenge: six creators, three groups of two, and three new songs built for the next wave.

NextWave

One round. Four stream-a-sodes. A full wave.

NEXT WAVE runs in one-month rounds. Each round includes four weekly stream-a-sodes, giving every artist time to be seen, heard, scored, and properly highlighted before one winner carries the spotlight forward. Four active weeks plus eight reset weeks make one full NEXT WAVE cycle.

The next stream date is to be determined while the collab challenge comes together. A weekly 12-hour stream format is also being planned once the schedule is stable.

  1. Four weekly stream-a-sodes Artists stay involved for the full month while songs, stories, videos, judges, points, and live reactions build week by week.
  2. Reset and spotlight After a round ends, the previous artists get highlighted while new XÆL·L music, content, and the next wave of the show come together.
  3. Open submissions Artists can submit or apply for the next round during a two-week submission window.
  4. Review and prep Submissions close while the next group is confirmed, graphics are built, episodes are organized, and the next round gets ready to launch.
